To help ELT teachers and English Language Professionals pool their resources, share responsibilities & ideas, identify the problems they face in teaching and learning in their individual classrooms/ institutions, and search for the solutions through brainstorming and sharing experiences in workshops/ seminars/ conferences and distributing responsibilities.

To organize in-service training/ workshops/ conferences for English teachers/ professionals annually on specific problem areas identified by the teachers.

To break down the isolation that English Language Teachers/ Professionals experience both in their classrooms and in their institutional settings.

To network with other groups/partners both locally and internationally.
